October 24, 2009 - Fall Work Day
Starts at 9am, includes lunch. Come, bring the family and friends as we enjoy a fall day together cleaning cabins, moving mattresses to the dining hall and getting the back camp changed over for the winter. Make this a fall day filled with enjoying one another's company and stories.

Tom and Karen Sutherin, and their daughter Heather, assisted during the workday.  Camp is a wonderful place you can bring the whole family!

Russell Powell joined us for the day.
He took on the job of brushing all the leaves and branches off the cabin roofs.

Ken Double, of the Salem church, volunteered to come out during the day and help us with cutting logs and clearing branches.

Gene Ewald assisted during the day with cutting trees down around our electric poles, and trimming branches.  JBM would like to thank Gene for the gift of a new chainsaw.  What a thoughtful and practical gift!

The day was long, and people worked hard.  Who was this on the ground drinking lemonade?
He sure looks thirsty!

Our group consisted of:  Tom, Karen and Heather Sutherin, Chuck Chalker, Gene Ewald, Zonna Fenn, Marilyn and Bob Stroble, John Stoffer , Amy Pinto, Russell Powell, Ken Double , and Gary Hoskins.
