members: A moderator is elected by the members from among
the Trustees. At least one member with significant financial and /or
real estate experience. In accordance with the Book of Order G-9.0501b,
at least one half of the members shall be laypersons.
Responsibilities:
Administer
real estate transactions
Manage
Presbytery funds
Administer Restricted funds
Review Treasurer's Report
Conduct
Budget negotiations in line with Mission Directions from the Mission
Visioning Council
Review
requests of churches to borrow money, or buy or sell real estate
owned by the church in consultation with the Committee on Ministry
and Committee on Mission.
Assure
completion of an annual Audit
